AD SALES ASSOCIATE

You are smart, competitive, outgoing and personable. You are exceptionally well organized and have the ability to research and identify who the right person to close the deal with is. You will report to the VP of Operations.

" You have experience creating target lists, as you will be responsible for building, growing and   maintaining advertising client lists.
" You will monitor campaigns and ensure campaign delivery, manage campaign performance   and make optimization recommendations.
" You can talk to anybody.
" You have outstanding telephone skills. (You can talk on the phone all day.)
" You can concentrate on more then one thing at a time.
" You want more out of a job then just a pay-check.

Qualifications
The ideal candidate will understand how our business model impacts the greater web marketplace. They will demonstrate the ability to think creatively, and work well in close quarters. They will have the ability to manage stress well and juggle multiple account challenges at once. 2-3 years of advertising sales experience with a minimum 1 year of online sales experience essential. Outstanding telephone skills, demonstrated analytical ability, BS/BA degree and proven sales and account service achievements are required.

Software Engineer
My Pet Travel.com is still growing and we need yet another rock-solid Software Engineers to help us expand our product offerings. The ideal candidate combines strong PHP programming skills; experience building complex web applications using HTML, JavaScript and CSS; and a thorough understanding of MYSQL databases. If your skills are different but parallel we'd still be happy to hear about them. This candidate should be interested in working in a start-up environment where flexibility, creativity and drive are required.

You will be responsible for all aspects of the software development lifecycle (discovery, design, coding, design, implementation and maintenance). Additionally, the ideal candidate will also be expected to participate in technology, product, marketing and business initiatives outside their area of expertise.

Required Skills:
" 2-3 years experience with one or more of: PHP, Ruby, Java, C, Python, Perl or Tcl
" 1-2 years experience developing complex web applications
" Experience using XML, XML DOM, and manipulating XML using JavaScript DOM interfaces
" Thorough understanding HTML, CSS and XHTML
" A passion for creating wonderful user interfaces
